The company director, Alex Ma (BEng MEng MIEAust CPEng PER), is a professional electrical engineer with over 10 years experience in key roles for varied scale electrical engineering projects. Alex has extensive experience in the development, design and management of commercial, educational, and residential projects and is able to plan design packaging and interfaces with other services and implement cost effective solutions based on client and architectural requirements from concept through to construction.

Structure: Our professional structural engineer with over 10 years’ experience in key roles for large-scale structural engineering projects. He has extensive experience in the development, design and management of 

commercial, educational, and residential projects and is able to plan design packaging and interfaces with other services and implement cost effective solutions based on client and architectural requirements from concept through to construction. He has an excellent understanding of all types of building including reinforced concrete, PT concrete, structural steel, precast concrete, masonry and timber. 

Civil: Our professional civil engineer with more than 23 years of experience in building industry. 14 years of building services experience in consultancy services.  Communicate effectively with local council, extensive 

networking provides reasonable support from council. Sound technical knowledge and background can provide our client more than ‘best practice’ solution. 

 Fire Protection: Our senior fire protection engineer with over 20 years’ experience. He holds Bachelor degree of Hydraulics Engineering. He has experience for tactical fire and evacuation plans, fire sprinkler and hydrant block plans, fire sprinkler system pressure and flow calculations, fabrication sheets and shop drawings.   

 Electrical: Alex Ma is our director and senior electrical engineer with over 10 years of experience. He holds a Master's degree of electrical engineering (RMIT). He is Member of Engineer Australia, Charted Professional Engineer, and Professional Engineer Registration (Victoria & NSW). Alex is working on a diverse range of projects including Commercial, residential, Aged Care, Retail & Education building sectors.  He worked as a senior electrical on many of the group’s projects. 

Mechanical: Trang Nguyen is our senior mechanical engineer with over 22 years’ experience. He holds Bachelor degree of Engineering in Building Engineering (VU) he also holds Professional Engineer Registration (Victoria). Design Experience in Highrise Building, Hospitals, Aged Care Facilities, Apartments, Offices, Shopping Centers. 

Hydraulic: Wen is our senior hydraulics engineer with over 35 years’ experience. He holds Bachelor degree of Hydraulics Engineering. He has extensive experience in commercial, residential, hospital, health care, aged care, education, retail and industrial projects in Australia. Experience in the design of sewer drainage, sanitary plumbing, trade waste drainage & treatment, storm water drainage, sub-soil drainage, rainwater downpipes & gutters, roof water harvesting & reuse, hot & cold-water reticulation, gas services, fire hydrants and hose reel.
